As we grow, we have added a couple of new call center technicians to our Worry-Free Support Team.

We are proud to introduce our new technicians:

  • Charles Brown has a degree in Audio Engineering. Charles comes to Aegis Foundry from a background of audio and visual design including web and graphic design. Charles also worked at the Genius Bar at the Apple Store.
  • John Speights has a Bachelor of Science degree. His major was Information Technology with a focus in Network Technology. John is a former Marine who worked as a radar technician during his time with the Marine Corps. After John left the Marine Corps, he was a supervisor of call center technicians.
